Vastu Floor Plan Review Checklist
Use this checklist before or during a Vastu consultation to organize the direction, room placement, constraints, and client context that should be visible before you recommend changes.
Collect these inputs first
- Plot or apartment orientation and marked directions
- Current plan state: concept, drafted, approved, under revision, or already built
- Rooms that are fixed versus rooms still open to change
- Any architectural or structural constraints already in place
- Client priorities: strict compliance, practical balance, urban compromise, or remedy-first approach
Review these before recommending changes
- Room placement against direction and zone logic
- Flow and functionality conflicts that may matter day to day
- What changes are low-friction versus what changes trigger major redesign
- Whether the architect has enough context to incorporate Vastu cleanly
